AsiaCreations has been on the internet since 2002. We have been featuring a full assortment of handmade home and garden decor products made from local, natural, renewable materials, and featured one of the earliest open source shopping carts with full international shipping options.
Throughout its existence, AsiaCreations has never collected sensitive information, as we prefer to leave payment processing to external, well-established specialists, like 2Checkout and Paypal.
The site received heavy spamming and its data and code bases were unfortunately lost in 2007. At the time our remote office location simply did not have access to the needed stable phone connections to make proper backup copies. Technology has moved closer now. In January 2009 we revived the site with a new, modern CMS, yet only showcasing our products, without product sales.
30 June 2010. The global inernet police man, google, thinks that we have fallen prey to phishers. We keep an updated site. We have not found any such content, neither has our hosting service. We are a handicrafts site and we are in no way connected to so-called phishing endeavors by unknown hackers on the internet. Still, we are committed to our customers' and our own internet security.
Today we have fully erased our site. Starting today, we are again building a new version of www.asiacreations.com. We remain committed to our site and to our customers.
